Frequently Asked Questions

Preparation depends on the treatment you are receiving. In general, arrive with clean skin and avoid wearing makeup, lotions, or skincare products on the treatment area. You may also be asked to avoid certain medications, supplements, sun exposure, or other aesthetic treatments before your appointment. Our team will provide specific instructions when you schedule.

Please plan to arrive approximately 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete any necessary forms, update your information, and get comfortably settled before your treatment begins.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your preferred form of payment, and a list of any medications, supplements, allergies, or medical conditions that may be relevant to your treatment. New patients may also be asked to complete health history and consent forms.

We accept most major credit cards and other common forms of payment. Financing or payment plan options may also be available for qualifying treatments. Please contact our office for current payment and financing information.

Your consultation is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, aesthetic goals, medical history, and treatment preferences. A member of our team will evaluate the treatment area, explain your available options, answer your questions, and recommend a personalized treatment plan.

Downtime varies depending on the service. Many treatments require little to no recovery time, while others may cause temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, or peeling. Your provider will explain what to expect and give you detailed aftercare instructions before you leave.

Please contact our office by phone during regular business hours if you have questions or concerns after your treatment. If you experience an urgent or unexpected reaction, follow the emergency instructions provided by your provider or seek immediate medical attention when appropriate.
